On behalf of the Joint Stock Company East Siberian Gas Company, I’m glad to welcome you to your corporate website!
This should be a source of requisite information for you about the Company’s history, the Project of Gas Supply to Irkutsk Oblast from Kovykta Gas and Condensate Field, our achievements and plans.
The regional gas project based on Kovykta field today appears to be the most substantial investment project in Irkutsk oblast implying in fact creation of a whole new economic branch, brining a new competitive energy carrier and valuable raw material on the market.
It won’t be an exaggeration to say that the regional Kovykta project will facilitate an economic breakthrough in the united Irkutsk oblast, give momentum to the industrial development, and provide for social and environmental improvements.
As future developments, we are considering possibility of supplying gas to the neighboring regions – the Republic of Buryatia and Chita oblast.
Our region must gain strength, and we will do our best for it!
